Members of the North Charleston Rotary Club recently lent helping hands at a special event. The Charleston County Parks Foundation is a recipient of the Club’s grant program and Club members volunteered to help at a fundraising event at the historic Mcleod Plantation. McLeod is now a part of the Charleston County Parks and is a living monument that educates about its place in history.
