Any local organization that would like funds from either district grants, the Rotary Duck Race, or any of our other fundraising efforts must follow this process and complete the forms.

Please be sure to review all forms ensure applications are complete and all information is submitted. Failure to do so may disqualify the application.
Deadline for submission is February 28, 2022.

Please note that in order to qualify for grant funds, there MUST be a volunteer effort outlined on the form. Grants are typically funded up to $2500. Duck race funds can range from $500-$1000.

The application does NOT guarantee the full amount requested will be awarded. Funds will depend on number of organizations chosen and funds available.

Forms may be returned to me, Elizabeth Goodman – Grant Committee Chair, or any other member of the Grant Fund Committee.
