City of Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg was the guest speaker at North Charleston Rotary’s April 19th, 2021 meeting.

The mayor outlined his six major priorities which included transportation, flooding, affordable housing, public safety, livability and quality of life, and rebuilding the economy following the Covid-19 pandemic.

After delving into each area, Mayor Tecklenburg fielded questions on subjects from affordable housing, civil protests and unrest, the John C. Calhoun statue, and worker shortages in the hospitality and tourism industries.
