MEETING – Florence Crittenton / Young Moms Together, Cheryl O’Donnell

Cheryl O’Donnell has served as the Executive Director of Florence Crittenton Programs of South Carolina for 6 years, leading the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation.
With more than 25 years of experience, Cheryl has a proven track record of building community partnerships and creating programs that enhance the health and well-being of women and families.
Before joining Florence Crittenton, Cheryl coordinated a community response to elder abuse as part of the City of Charleston Mayor’s Office on Aging. As Regional Director for Enroll America, she led efforts across the South to help uninsured Americans access vital health services. Cheryl’s earlier career in Washington, D.C., included spearheading award-winning public awareness campaigns and advocating for critical healthcare reforms for breast cancer survivors and justice for domestic violence victims.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arizona. Her passion and expertise continue to drive positive change for young mothers and their children in South Carolina.
