A recent speaker was Mike Saia from the Charleston Water System.

During his presentation, he said that with all of the roads and multipurpose paths proposed around Charleston County and the Lowcountry Rapid Transit, our water and sewer bills will be rising dramatically.

The reason is DOT & Charleston County Council does not include utility relocation in the budgets of these projects. It was a very informative presentation about a resource dear to the Rotary mission.
