The North Charleston Rotary Club recently presented grants to several local charities and community service groups. Receiving the grants on Nov 28th were Dragon Boats and the Patriots Point Foundation. The grants were presented by club president Donald Stone and immediate past president Elizabeth Goodwin who also chairs the Grant Committee.
