North Charleston Rotary was recently shown the many features of C-SPAN. Our guest speaker was Joel Bacon who helps lead C-SPAN’s community relations team. Their mission is to engage students, teachers, civic groups, public officials and those interested in politics and to share how C-SPAN’s unfiltered mission and resources can be used as a “Window on Washington” to follow the daily happenings of the Federal government.

The members appreciated the wide variety of free online services offered by C-SPAN that show our elected officials in action as they go about the people’s business.
