Perrin Lawson, Explore Charleston
Perrin Lawson has been with Explore Charleston since 1992, and currently serves as its Deputy Director / VP of Business Development. His duties focus on research, key partner relations, strategic planning and business development.

Prior to joining the bureau Mr. Lawson worked for over 10 years in hotel management and marketing. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston, the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College, and the South Carolina Economic Developers School.
He serves on the Southeast Tourism Society’s Board of Directors, the advisory board of the College of Charleston’s Hospitality & Tourism Management program, the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Outlook Board, and the Volvo Community Advisory Group.
