1. Parking: There is designated volunteer and guest parking in the front of LOR’s office (brick building). If all parking spots in the front of the office are filled, please park on the side of LOR’s office in the grass/gravel labeled “employee parking.”

2. Signing In and Out: All guests are required to enter through the front door of LOR’s office (front of brick building). This is where you will sign in. We do ask that volunteers also sign out after completing their shift.

3. How to dress: Dress in comfy clothes. You will typically be moving around a bunch while volunteering with us, so we want to make sure you are comfortable during your shift.

4. Directions: If you’ve haven’t been to LOR before or haven’t been here in a while, LOR now has a NEW entrance, with only one way in and one way out right off of St. John’s Ave. & Truxtun Ave. We are still located on the old navy base in North Charleston: 1850 Truxtun Ave. North Charleston, SC 29405.  Be on the lookout for our LARGE white LOR sign at the entrance.
